SECTION 3 – DELIVERY POLICY

• We charge Rs. 149  as a standard delivery fee across Pakistan.

• On your first order or orders above Rs. 2500  qualify for free delivery.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service, but your delivery will reach your door within 3-5 working days.

SECTION 4 – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

• All products are carefully checked and packed before dispatch.

• If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our official WhatsApp or email.

• We will review your case to confirm authenticity and ensure that customers are not attempting to misuse the policy.

• Once confirmed, we will offer either:

• Replacement/Exchange (subject to product availability), or
  

• Full Refund/Return (processed through your original payment method).

• Refund/Return/Exchange requests will not be entertained after 48 hours of delivery.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS & SERVICES

• Certain products may be available exclusively online with limited quantities.

• We strive for accurate display of product images and colors, but variations may occur depending on device screens.

• We reserve the right to limit sales or discontinue products at our discretion.

• We do not guarantee that purchased products will meet every customer’s personal expectations.
